in the event of an accident, or other misfortune, to myself, my dog(s) or my property.  I am solely responsible for the conduct of my dog.

I agree to accept all liability for any damages caused by my dog including indemnification for any third party claims.

I agree to clean up after my dog(s).  I agree to exercise control and restraint over my children during this event.
